The Feasibility Study Toolkit: Solid Waste Management is an appendix to the Municipal Service Delivery and PPP Guidelines.

It deals with some aspects of the feasibility study for a solid waste management partnership:

  • Stage 1: Needs analysis
  • Stage 2: Technical options analysis
  • Stage 3: Service delivery options analysis
  • Stage 6: Value assessment
